Overview
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about operational excellence? Titan Machinery is seeking a Fleet & Telematics Administrator to manage our company's vehicle fleet and telematics systems. In this vital role, you'll help keep our operations moving forward-literally-by supporting vehicle management, data tracking, and system optimization.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage users, transfers, and mileage tracking in our Telematics system, ensuring accurate data and confident user adoption.
- Maintain comprehensive vehicle files and records for compliance, reporting, and operational insight.
- Monitor fleet maintenance needs to reduce downtime and extend vehicle life.
- Track fuel card usage (WEX) and analyze trends to drive fuel efficiency and cost savings.
- Assess vehicle utilization to support long-term fleet replacement strategies.
- Provide support and training for our JJ Keller fleet management system across internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve fleet and telematics processes aligned with company goals.
- Create and distribute detailed reports on vehicle performance, telematics, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Take on additional duties as needed in support of fleet operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management, telematics administration, or a related experience
- Proficient in telematics systems, fleet management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills to assess fleet utilization and maintenance needs
- Excellent communication and training skills to support user adoption of systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work flexible hours
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees

Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or related field and/or related military experience
