Job Title: Cleanroom Lab Technician - Chemical Mixing

Hours: 7:30-4:30pm

Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Lab Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately measuring and mixing chemicals, liquids, and polymers in a cleanroom setting. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a lab or production environment where precision and cleanliness are critical.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials, chemicals, and liquids according to strict formulations and procedures



  • Work safely with chemical substances while wearing appropriate PPE



  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom protocols



  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records



  • Monitor inventory of lab supplies and report any shortages



  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting



  • Document all work accurately and in a timely manner




Qualifications:




  • Associate's degree in Science or equivalent required



  • 3+ years of sterile technique experience preferred



  • Prior cleanroom and sterile handling experience strongly preferred



  • Experience measuring and mixing chemicals, liquids, or polymers preferred



  • Previous lab, cleanroom, or manufacturing experience a plus



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely



  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly controlled environment



  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
