We are hiring an Entry Java Developer to join our team in Madison, WI (onsite)!
Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions. * Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or QA teams. * Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, preferably with Java. * Completion of core mathematics courses such as Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Discrete Mathematics. * Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Internship or project experience with Java development. * Basic understanding of databases and SQL. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. - Health / Dental / Vision Coverage - 401k plan - **Fully vested at time of enrollment** (If you do not understand what this means, please ask and I will explain it.
