Staffmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with industrial painting experience to contribute to high-quality production in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Plan and perform a variety of advanced spray primer and finish painting tasks. You'll prepare materials and surfaces for finishing and ensure that all products meet strict quality standards. Duties include:



  • Work from job orders, charts, and color codes to determine paint specifications
  • Mix standard and specialty primers, sealers, coatings, and enamels to proper consistency
  • Apply coatings to prepared surfaces using spray equipment
  • Apply specialty finishes including hamertone, epoxy, and acid-resistant coatings as needed
  • Assist with special paint mixing and applications
  • Clean paint booth, spray guns, and drain compressor water after use
  • Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety regulations



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of painting experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
