The CID Product Team owner shall serve as the lead for execution of BOSS provided CID team resources. The CID Product Team owner shall be the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for the CID support provided by this contract.
The CID Team works with developers of RDTE projects with design, requirements development, data needs, capacity planning, meeting network and enclave security requirements, integration with the framework (SOFA or FORGE), cloud environments and processing needs. They perform configuration management of delivered software, and automate the build, quality test, regression testing and deployment to the maximum extent possible. The team manages deployment of selected applications to end users via the CI/CD pipeline, with required cybersecurity protection, capable of rapidly integrating capabilities and deploying them into target environments. They coordinate with the Lab Ops team who ensure that new projects have proper OCI mitigations in place to protect any proprietary information from the developers, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to developers, and coordinate demonstrations and Integration Testing events while the team is hosted in our lab environment. The team manages and support V&V and will maximize the use of automation for code checkin, build, QA test, regression test and deploy software.
The team works with developers to help them transition capabilities from the Lab to Operations, creating product support agreements, install procedures, checkout procedures and any other system integration documentation needed. If requested, they work with developers to create training materials, then deliver training for end users.

At a minimum, the CID Team Product Owner shall have 10 years relevant industry experience in software development and possess a current TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:
* Experience working in classified government facilities and SCIF environments
* Experience working directly, integrated with government customers
* Experience working with USAF or USSF, SNG, OBAC, Tap Lab, or MT/MW
* Experience working with OPIR collection or data
* Experience and success integrating AI/ML into new or existing programs
* Experience managing a large scale, multi-environment, DevSecOps Pipeline
* Experience supporting multiple enclave and classification level environments

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 150,000 to 240,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
