Job Summary

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is a key role in the Direct To Consumer team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of WC Bradley's direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites. This role ensures seamless website functionality, enhances site merchandising, and supports product onboarding and marketing efforts to improve online shopping experiences, boost customer engagement, and drive the company's revenue goals. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, IT/Developers, external agency partners, Creative, and Product teams, this position plays a vital role in optimizing the performance of the DTC websites. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager - DTC.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Oversee the day-to-day operations of DTC websites, ensuring functionality, accurate content, and issue resolution. Provide timely resolution of operational issues and be available to address site issues as needed, ensuring a seamless consumer experience, and minimizing disruptions.

*Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Magento, owning system updates for products, recipes, banner content, and other key site elements. Prepare for the Shopify platform transition planned for late 2025 by ensuring all content and data integrations are streamlined, accurate, and transition ready.

*Work alongside the Sr. Marketing Manager to support the oversight of product onboarding across DTC sites, ensuring accurate and timely product data in Salsify, Magento, and other internal systems.

*Regularly review the website to monitor inventory levels and ensure product listings are accurate, up to date, and consistently aligned across all DTC websites.

*Work with the marketing team to ensure promotions, content, and campaigns align with business goals. Test and QA campaigns for accuracy and effectiveness. Update content calendars to reflect strategic priorities.

*Set up and manage promotions, banners, and pages in Magento; report on campaign performance and implement optimizations.

*Apply site merchandising strategies, including product placements, cross-sells, search optimization, and navigation updates to drive engagement and conversions.

*Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track site performance, analyze customer behavior, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

*Collaborate with key teams to ensure smooth execution of website operations and campaigns. Provide regular updates and insights on performance and issues to stakeholders.

*Provide timely resolution of operational issues and be available to address site issues as needed, ensuring a seamless consumer experience, and minimizing disruptions.

*Identify and recommend process improvements to boost operational efficiency. Contribute ideas for optimizing DTC websites.

*Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:Requires a level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an undergraduate degree.

Minimum Work Experience:Three (3) years

* Experience with eCommerce platforms and product information management systems.

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to inform strategic decision-making.

* Flexibility to be available outside normal office hours for troubleshooting and support when needed.

* Basic HTML knowledge for content and layout adjustments on the site.

* Travel required less than 10%.

* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
