The Supply Chain Coordinator is a vital link between our Sales and Manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an independently directed hands-on position that is responsible for managing the receipt and storage of goods from vendors and internal facilities, manages customer order processing, maintains inventory and routine cycle counting processes, and manages order fulfillment and logistics.

Compensation: $43,000 - $65,000 per year. DOE.


Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:




  • Serve as the primary coordinator between the Sales and Manufacturing teams in TC Paris, managing daily fulfillment operations at the Matthews TC ISM warehouse.
  • Oversee and schedule the receipt of materials from TC manufacturing facilities and external vendors.
  • Handle physical tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products manually or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Receive and properly store incoming products from TC facilities and vendors.
  • Review orders, packing slips, or verbal instructions to determine work assignments.
  • Identify inventory items, sizes, units of measure, and required quantities in the Printstream (Inventory ERP System).
  • Pick and pack orders from warehouse stock, complete order receipts, and package items using appropriate containers (e.g., boxes, sleeves, tubes, flats).
  • Prepare and process shipments, including small packages and LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.
  • Move packed orders to the shipping department for dispatch.
  • Maintain organized and clean stock areas, including shelves and racks.
  • Label and tag containers with appropriate identifying information.
  • Complete daily order and packing documentation.
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as dollies and hand trucks.
  • Adapt responsibilities as needed to support efficient company operations.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures related to health and safety, human resources, quality, security, and ethics.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required), with previous relevant experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities for coordinating with customers on all levels internal or external to the organization.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., Printstream, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good command of the English language (read, write, speak) with respect to:

    • understanding and following all verbal and written instructions.
    • completing paperwork and requisitioning of materials accurately and efficiently.
    • complying with safety procedures and processes.


  • Strong skills in problem identification and solution-oriented problem solving
  • Physical ability to lift-up to 45 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to work independently and harmoniously within a team environment.
  • Well organized, proactive and positive approach in the workplace.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or other warehouse management software
