Director, DZConneX Sales, RPO Solutions

The Director, DZConneX Sales, RPO Solutions, is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth by selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. This individual will lead the full sales lifecycle - from discovery and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation - by showcasing DZConneX's RPO capabilities and building strategic client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • Achieve or exceed defined RPO sales targets by identifying strategic opportunities in the market and executing a targeted sales plan. Perform prospecting and lead generation activities to qualify RPO opportunities. Conduct client discovery to understand hiring challenges and align DZConneX's RPO solutions to client needs. Lead RFIs / RFPs in partnership with the Proposal Manager and deliver compelling presentations that convey DZXConneX's value proposition in RPO.
  • Develop solution-oriented proposals and business cases for RPO services, gain executive sponsorship and buy-in, and drive deal closure. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Own all aspects of the RPO sales cycle, including pipeline development, CRM activity tracking, and forecasting. Maintain high standards for accuracy, process consistency, and client responsiveness.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the RPO market, talent acquisition trends, and industry dynamics across key sectors (e.g. healthcare manufacturing, technology, higher education). Share insights with internal teams and leverage thought leadership to engage prospects.

  • Proven success in RPO or talent solutions sales with strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills and ability to tailor messaging to C-level audiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce challenges into actionable RPO solutions
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

What You Need To Bring To The Table...

  • Six plus years of Staffing Business Development experience with demonstrated success
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • HS diploma or GED required

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability to collevtive bargaining agreements).
