The Job Responsibilities
Draeger Medical Systems, Inc., Andover, MA seeks Project Managers - Oversee project management activities as a part of a medical device company, ensuring compliance with Medical Device and FDA regulations throughout the product lifecycle, including documentation, quality control, risk management, and submission processes, to achieve regulatory approval and deliver safe and effective medical devices to market. Lead the cross-functional team throughout the product development and sustaining lifecycle, directing the necessary activities to prioritize, generate, organize, and track the required deliverables and responsible for the project DHF and other required documentation in compliance with internal QMS and FDA and other industry regulations. Lead and coordinate audit response efforts, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to regulatory inquiries and audit findings to maintain compliance and uphold quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, project dependencies and critical path, develop and deliver progress reports, documentation and presentation to senior management and leadership team. Support program managers on large projects by taking responsibility for managing a specific project or sub-project within the larger program to include overseeing all aspects of the assigned project, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with program objectives, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, addressing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members to achieve successful project outcomes. Handling contractor and supplier management, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, resolving disputes, and fostering collaborative relationships to optimize project outcomes. Use MS Project Plan and Atlassian Tools, Confluence and JIRA to facilitate seamless collaboration, task tracking, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Leverage PLM tools like ARAS Innovator, to oversee end-to-end development process for, product development and lifecycle management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project documentation by integrating and development of Office365 files on SharePoint sites and portals for reviewing, finalizing, and aligning with business objectives and user requirements and use SharePoint out-of-box features and web parts, SharePoint forms and custom applications to create project TeamSpace and common platform for working project deliverables and other required documentation. Utilize PowerBI to generate reports and dashboards to track and share project metrics like budget, schedule, resources, and risks to make data-driven decisions, generate actionable insights, monitor, and optimize project performance fostering transparency and driving project success. Manage software projects proficiently with MS Visual Studio and MS SQL, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring code quality, database integrity, and timely delivery aligned with project goals and customer expectations. Utilize C++, C#, and JavaScript programming languages and Windows and Linux OS to effectively communicate with development teams, assess project feasibility, and facilitate technical discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Utilize advanced database management system (ADBMS) to effectively organize, analyze, and manage project data, enabling data-driven decision-making, seamless integration with project management tools, and implementation of robust data security and compliance measures. Use project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall and Scrum) to effectively plan, execute and monitor projects, process design change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery within constraints. Lead cross-functional team members in order to guide projects through the full development lifecycle, from initiation to closure, employing comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and control strategies to ensure adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and stakeholder requirements, fostering successful project outcomes. Your Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Business Administration and Management or related business degree and Two (2) yrs. experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included 2 yrs. in each of the following Utilizing project management tools including MS Project, Atlassian tools Confluence and JIRA to create comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, defect management, workflows, and resource allocations; Using PLM tools including Aras Innovator to create and maintain project design history files and configuration management and create and manage project related documents including project charter, business case and invoices; SharePoint Development to customize SharePoint sites and portals using out-of-box features, web parts and custom code and develop and automate workflows, forms and custom applications using SharePoint Designer; Performing visualization and reporting using PowerBI to provide insights that can help drive business decisions; Use of MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server to understand technical aspects of the project including requirements and timelines from engineers and technical stakeholders to make efficient project related decisions; Use of programming languages C++, C# and JavaScript in order to understand software and system development and use of Windows and Linux operating systems to manage security patches and updates; Use of ADBMS (Advance Database Management Systems) for data analysis, storage and maintenance and user migration to ensure integrity checks and space management; Use of change management systems to create and process design change requests and utilize project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum; and Leading cross functional team members through complete project lifecycle, directing necessary activities to generate, prioritize and organize accordingly.
