RN Clinical Educator - Critical Care Nurse Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator
Overview Summary: Presbyterian is currently hiring a Nurse Clinical Educator to join our Clinical Education Team to support our Critical Care/ICU Nurse Residency and Fellowship Programs! The RN Educator serves as consultant, researcher, instructional and evaluation designer, clinical practice expert, and interprofessional collaborator supporting the clinical development needs of staff throughout the Presbyterian enterprise. Qualifications Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing required or Multistate-Compact Out of State RN License. Academic Preparation: Specialty Certifications: Specialty certification in nursing, informatics, education or equivalent certification preferred Professional Requirements/Emergency Response: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and other emergency response certification may be required depending upon area of assignment Experience: Minimum At least 3 years of clinical care expertise required in clinical specialty. ICU and Critical Care experience preferred. **In lieu of the 3 years experience, completion of an accredited nurse residency program, 1 year of Clinical Practice Lead experience, or prior educator experience Responsibilities
