CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS LEAD
The Cybersecurity Awareness Lead is responsible for the maturity and management of the organization's Cybersecurity Awareness Program. This position is responsible for building a risk-aware culture and positively impacts colleague behavior, reducing cybersecurity and information security risk. This position is responsible for leading continuous improvements to the program and influencing the risk behaviors across the enterprise. The Cybersecurity Awareness Lead is expected to partner with Risk Champions, Corporate Learning - Development and Human Resources to plan robust colleague security awareness initiatives and build pathways to effective education of colleagues with high-risk behaviors identified via phishing campaigns. This position will also identify and participate in multiple opportunities to increase cybersecurity's voice and influence in all areas of the bank, including but not limited to, tailored roadshows and Town Hall presentations.
Position Responsibilities
Program Management
  • Lead the execution and development of our Cybersecurity Awareness Program, enterprise wide.
  • Lead our phishing awareness program, including simulated phishing campaigns across the organization.
  • Expand and mature the awareness strategy with a focus on creativity and adapting to human behaviors and the ever-evolving threat landscape.
  • Develop and maintain substantial knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape and current risks within our organization.
Planning and Organizing
  • Coordinate with different vendors and software tools to procure and manage the right capabilities in line with our goals.
  • Focus on personal training and development, commitment to spending time enhancing skillsets related to Cybersecurity and awareness.
Reporting - Communication
  • Participate in various presentations and speaking opportunities to promote key awareness topics and drive strategy forward.
  • Provide analysis, metrics - reporting on program progression, participation, and phishing simulation outcomes.
Curriculum Management
  • Develop or identify awareness and training content that aligns to our strategy and needs.
  • Review and recommend awareness and training content from multiple tools and resources.
  • Organize and document policies, strategy, awareness content and training materials to support and mature the program.


Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Education, or Instructional Design or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of Technology or Risk experience.
  • 5 years of experience within Technology related field
  • 5 years of experience Identifying solutions for complex business problems, identifying the benefits and risks of the solutions and providing recommendations
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Must have indefinite employment authorization.
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, this position includes both onsite and remote work. Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
