We're looking for a full-time, staff Systems Support Analyst, Recruiting Applications to join our Day & Zimmermann team. The Systems Support Analysts provides Tier 1-2 support for front-office recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management systems (VMS). This role focuses on end-user support, configuration, and system administration of the Bullhorn ATS and its integrated tools such as Bullhorn Automation, VMS Sync, and idibu. This includes end user training and the creation of administrative support and system best practices documentation. The analyst will manage daily support tickets, troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems. They will also work closely with Yoh's Operations and Enablement team to support system enhancements and recruiting technology initiatives. Compensation Data
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,200.00 - $91,800.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
