The Manager of Engineering - Racing will lead a team of both direct reports and matrixed representatives from supporting business functions to develop and deliver advanced vehicle performance. In this role you will deliver solutions to performance requirements defined by the crew chief(s) of the Harley-Davidson Factory Race Team. You will balance priorities from all of H-D's racing initiatives to deliver solutions that are safe, effective, and fast. Additionally, this engineering team will be responsible for developing racing solutions into deliverable HDFR product accessories and limited-edition vehicles. You will define, prioritize, resource, test, and deliver solutions, motorcycles, and accessories that perform beyond expectations and redefine what is possible. This role may be required to split time onsite at both our Product Development Center in Wauwatosa, WI and our Corporate Headquarters on Juneau Ave. in Milwaukee, WI. Job Responsibilities
