Your Assignment at a Glance

Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.

Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.

Coordinate within the Technical Training team and conduct consistent content delivery across the GST training centers.

Develop and utilize Distance Learning delivery methods while using various online interactive tools.

Arrange current curriculum content to include alternative delivery and competency validations before and during the Training Center experience.

Work directly with dealers and associates to develop and implement Technical Training Plans that are designed to increase customer satisfaction and dealer profitability.

Assist in developing technician and dealer training that will allow Gulf States Toyota dealers to meet Skill Level Guidelines as established and required by Toyota Motor North America (TMNA).

Serve as a subject matter expert on Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) course development teams.

Support accurate training record keeping by providing accurate and timely training reports internally and to Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) as requested.

Encourage and support Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and Toyota Certified Technician Program participation by all dealers and service technicians.

What We Need From You

Associate's Degree

from a two-year college or technical school

4-6 years

related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical and Environmental Requirements
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by a Contractor to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the Contractor is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The Contractor is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The Contractor must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
