Job Tittle: Gen AI Lead (ONSITE)

Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving innovative AI solutions using Gen AI vision and Commercial Gen AI. With 4 to 6 years of experience the candidate will leverage AI and ML concepts to enhance business processes. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects during day shifts contributing significantly to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Gen AI vision to optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Commercial Gen AI applications ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML concepts into existing systems driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in AI and ML guiding the team through complex problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems implementing improvements to enhance functionality and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all AI-related projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill team members in AI and ML technologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by developing AI solutions that have a positive impact on society. Qualifications
  • * Possess strong expertise in Gen AI vision and Commercial Gen AI with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AI and ML concepts with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Have experience in hybrid work models adapting seamlessly to both remote and in-office environments.
  • Show strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field with relevant certifications in AI and ML.

Certifications Required

Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until June/6/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,499 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
