Role: Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Level: Manager

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job summary:

The team is looking for a Salesforce strategic technical leader who will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture supports both immediate project needs and long-term enterprise goals. The architect plays a pivotal role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities:
Skill: SFDC (Apex, LWC, Service Cloud)
The Salesforce Architect leads the end-to-end design of Salesforce implementations, including data modeling, system integration, and data migration strategies. Establish and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and governance, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards. Key responsibilities include evaluating business needs, crafting technical roadmaps, mentoring development teams, and maintaining architectural documentation. The architect also acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Certifications:

Salesforce PD1, PD2, Architect required

The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
