Cognizant is looking for a "Sr Mainframe Developer "for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Education Details: BS or Equivalent
Must Have: IBM Mainframe Utilities, VSAM, DB2, CICS, JCL, Cobol, Endeavor
Job Location: Brookfield WI, Hopkins MN, Irving TX, Atlanta GA, Chicago IL

Role and Responsibilities:
The development and maintenance of IBM Mainframe systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. With a focus on CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and Cobol, the role requires a strategic approach to managing projects and teams. Experience in Cards & Payments is beneficial, enhancing the ability to drive innovation in financial services. The position is hybrid, with occasional travel required.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000K -$105,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
