Lead Business Analyst Tolling domain preferred. Role Summary: In this role you will be responsible for all requirements gathering, interaction with business stakeholders, interface with the software development team to communicate business requirements into system requirements. This is a hybrid work opportunity with several days of week in the client office in Morrisville, NC. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Identify, document, and analyze business requirements, user stories, and risks, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with high-level stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to communicate requirements, updates, and project status.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and well-organized.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, ensuring that their services are aligned with business needs and project requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles with strong customer satisfaction results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience with various business analysis tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hybrid work is required with several days expected in the client office.
- Experience with the Tolling domain is a preferred.

- The annual salary for this position is between $111K - $155K + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
