Hybrid role (3-4 days in office) located in Des Moines, IA. These positions are open due to recent attrition. This role will be expected to last thru October with the opportunity for extension. Daily Duties: This role will support our New Business Case Coordinators who provide life insurance case management to financial professionals and brokerage offices. Day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing documents that are received for pending life insurance applications, documenting receipt of requirements, updating status of requirements in our system, and following up with dedicated contacts via email for life insurance requirements. Will be utilizing Admin Launcher, eWorksheet, BPM, SharePoint, and Outlook Duties will be repetitive. There is a high volume of work so we need someone who can work efficiently as well as independently. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong Attention to Detail Strong communicator Eager/fast learner PREFER: Life insurance background *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.70 - $21.90/hr.
