Your Role

The Post Service Review team manages all aspects of retrospective review, in-patient audits, and contract oversight. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of the Post Service Review team and also support the Sr. Director of Medical Care Programs. In this role you will support all departmental administrative needs, including on-site meetings support in all office locations, create presentations, track and ensure clinicians licensure are maintained, manage schedules, and complete expense reports, coordinate domestic and international travel.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Prior experience in an executive setting environment preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, project management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization
  • Managed care insurance experience desirable
