Senior Manager, Maintenance and Reliability

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Senior Manager of Maintenance & Reliability to join the BPP & Chemical Manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will lead and oversee a large, multidisciplinary team of reliability engineers and maintenance professionals in a complex manufacturing environment.

This role is full-time, on site in Paris, KY.

Minimum Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or a related technical field.

Required Experience:

10+ years

• Maintenance.

5+ years

• Leadership.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Business level written and verbal communication skills.
• Reading and interpreting P&IDs, technical documents, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience:

• CMMS systems.
• Mechanical and electrical systems, including shop skills (welding, machining, etc.).

The position requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, and quality departments.
