POSITION: Corporate Treasury Manager

Summary:

strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Corporate Treasury Manager is responsible
for various operational, reporting and analytical functions related to
asset/liability modeling, economic value of equity modeling, net interest
income forecasting and budgeting, and forecasting. This individual plays an
active role in supporting the Bank's Corporate Treasury function.

Key Result Areas:

  • Manage day-to-day processes related to the Bank's funding and liquidity needs, such as executing and monitoring wholesale funding transactions and maintaining appropriate contingent funding sources.
  • Administer and identify fixed income investments for the Bank's portfolio.
  • Manage correspondent banking relationships.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits of the Treasury group.
  • Manage Treasury Analyst(s) staff.
  • Perform and assist with ALCO-related analyses, including liquidity stress testing and monitoring of key ALM-related policy guidelines.
  • Facilitate interest rate swap transactions for either lending relationships or for ALM objectives.
  • Assist Treasury department in other areas as needed related to liquidity, investments, derivatives, etc.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Bank senior managers and other employees.
  • Contribute to the effective team management of all Bank initiatives, issues, and opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree, preferably in finance or economics, advance degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in a treasury/finance environment.
  • Strong understanding of bank asset/ liability management required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg terminal.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time-management skills and comfortable meeting strict deadlines.
