Summary

The Finance Manager II will play a crucial role in advancing the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions within the Division. This hybrid position will be based in Milwaukee. The position reports directly to the Division FP&A Sr. Manager.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support our financial system implementation for OneStream for the Industrial Components Division.
  • Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans and long range plans; collaborate with segment and finance teams to optimize and streamline processes across total Regal Rexnord.
  • Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis. Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements.
  • Leverage analytical skills and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data; effectively translate data into insights for business decision making.
  • Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and M&A activity.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.
  • Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • MBA and/or CPA a plus
  • At least 7 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
