Overview The role of the Project Specialist in HR Compensation is to ensure compliance with regulations governing management and union compensation by utilizing advanced analytics and modeling to maintain, evaluate, adjust, and recommend compensation programs and changes. This role involves clearly communicating executive compensation programs and policies to officers, initiating aligned compensation initiatives, overseeing and developing compensation plans for management employees and updating the Compensation Discussion and Analysis Report for proxy and information statements. Additionally, the Project Specialist is responsible for preparing exhibits, testimony, and interrogatories for compensation programs filed with the Public Service Commission and ensuring adherence to Federal and State legislation affecting benefits and compensation programs.Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
