Title: Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround Leader

Salary: $165,000 - $215,000

Focus: The Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround Leader is responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the Plaquemine site's maintenance operations. The role will also focus on the development of a comprehensive, multi-year approach to optimizing predictive reliability, maintenance, turnaround planning, execution, and productivity.
Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround Leader Essential Job Functions:
- Develops and executes and robust site-level strategy aimed at enhancing production capabilities while ensuring the safe and cost-effective execution of all maintenance activities.
- Maximizes the effectiveness of work processes for both daily maintenance and planned outages while providing cost reduction solutions.
- Partners with operations to ensure effective planning and execution of long-term maintenance outages.
- Oversees development of maintenance metric dashboard.
- Promotes unity across the Maintenance and Turnaround organization around a shared operational vision and strategy aimed at increasing overall efficiency and performance improvement.
- Leads talent planning and workforce development, including the design of an optimized organizational structure.
- Manages and motivates team; develops and builds employee skills, supports professional development, and enables team to optimize their contribution to the department.
- Evaluates suppliers and contractors; collaborates with Procurement to implement effective contracting strategies and optimizes contractor workforce for cost efficiency.
Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround Leader Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
- 10+years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, leading maintenance and/or reliability programs and managing direct reports.
- 10+ years supervisory experience in Maintenance or Operations.
- Expertise in cost reduction, strategic planning, and developing viable solutions for chronic and complex maintenance and process problems.
- Process industry experience with a strong working knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, mechanical integrity, quality systems, PSM, and OSHA regulations.
- Fully proficient in use of SAP systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve success and support business objectives
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
