About the team:

As part of our ClearanceJobs Ad Operations team, you will plan, manage, and execute ClearanceJobs client media and advertising. Our team is tight-knit and collaborates very well together.

About the role:

As an Associate Ad Operations Project Manager, you will become a subject matter expert on all ClearanceJobs advertising and media products. This includes specifications, fulfillment, reporting and tracking, benchmarking, and product capabilities.

We are excited to expand our ClearanceJobs Ad Operations team due to high demand for ClearanceJobs media and advertising products. This is a huge area of growth and opportunity within the business.

Once hired, you will:



  • Learn and understand all ClearanceJobs media products, deliverables required, specifications of each product, as well as the benefits.
  • Accept all incoming media from clients through Teamwork (our contract tracking software). This includes creating projects and forms in Teamwork and tracking the progress of each contract through fulfillment and completion.
  • Coordinate media schedules, answer client questions, and provide quoting when needed.


As you progress in the role, you will:



  • Coordinate advertising and media campaigns and deliverables with clients as well as impacted internal partners, including sales, customer success, content, marketing, and others.
  • Fulfill all media. Deploy using internal tools, HubSpot, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to achieve higher future performance. Provide clients and sales team with high-quality reporting and analytics detailing campaign performance. Suggest campaign enhancements or future products to purchase.
  • Become responsible for your own roster of ClearanceJobs clients, managing all media needs and fulfillment for your assigned/owned clients.

Required:



  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be a self-starter, can be proactive, and be able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills


Preferred:



  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email marketing efforts
  • Experience with Boolean search

Des Moines pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
