Job Overview

The Assistant, Project Management supports Customer Messaging Board (CMB) Campaigns across Brand Management, Comms Planning, Media Buying, and Marketing Finance by administering the workflow of creative assets used in marketing and websites, auditing the integrity of data entered in the planning system, reporting, and addressing operational issues. This position reports to the Senior Director, Project Management.

What You Will Do



  • Collaborate closely with the Specialist, Campaign Project Manager to ensure the accurate delivery of CMB Campaigns, aligning marketing jobs properly, managing print pagination and space allocation, and ensuring representation of all media jobs when working with external partners.
  • Support workflows associated with creating marketing assets for production, including generating job numbers in our system, following up with stakeholders to meet deadlines, and communicating timeline changes to all parties.
  • Analyze and produce reports as necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendor partners for the execution of CMB Campaign Adobe XD file builds to initiate the Contenting Style Out and execution process.
  • Effectively manage projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solve and provide solutions to meet creative objectives.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
  • Perform special assignments as required.

Relationship-building: Ability to foster strong relationships with business partners is crucial for maintaining relationships with external vendor partners and collaborating effectively across departments.

Technical Skills: Ability to work with Adobe XD and other Adobe Creative Suite software for building marketing assets.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of marketing or related field experience.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
