• Communicate and manage projects for rep agencies.
• Interpret quote requests, order requests, and be able to explain technical concepts.
• Understand technical specifications and drawings
• Work through required steps for fulfilling accurate quotes for desired requests.
• Track status of projects
• Provide status feedback to sales reps.
• Learn and understand Icon's products and pricing structure.
• Understand priorities and keep Quote projects on schedule.
• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor (Helpful, not needed)
• Willing to work within a team environment and be a technical support and sales support.
• Goal orientated/ Goal Driven to improve services and sales.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• This position requires minimal to no travel

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
