Description

FUNCTION:

Prepare documents for processing. Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:00a - 12:00p; Wednesday and Friday 6:00a - 11:30a

PRINCIPAL RESONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES:



  • Remove staples and paperclips
  • Organize according to department standards
  • Sort incoming mail
  • Other duties as assigned


SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:



  • Able to handle high volumes of work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great attendance
  • May entail, standing, twisting, kneeling, squatting and bending for a period of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
