Job Description: Step into the role of a Credit Solutions Data Operations Associate and help shape how information flows into our client systems. In this position, you'll monitor document data throughput, validate key data points, and support data entry when needed. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure every piece of information is accurate, properly formatted, and ready for seamless integration.
We're looking for someone who not only thrives on precision and consistency but is also hungry for technology - someone who's excited to explore better tools, smarter workflows, and AI-driven enhancements to improve both quality and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications
Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused
- Holds a high bar for accuracy, knowing that minor mistakes can ripple into major issues downstream.
- Naturally reviews their own work and catches inconsistencies, anomalies, or formatting errors before they become problems.
- Pays attention to edge cases, version control, file naming, and documentation.
- Treats data quality and traceability with the same importance as the end result.
Curious & Process-Minded
- Asks why a process exists, not just how to do it.
- Constantly looks for opportunities to optimize, automate, or simplify repetitive tasks.
- Balances a respect for SLAs with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Adaptable & Resilient
- Thrives in environments where file types, tools, or priorities can shift quickly.
- Maintains composure and clarity when troubleshooting unexpected issues or working with messy, incomplete data.
Collaborative & Communicative
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical teammates - especially when something in the data doesn't look right.
- Shares learnings, documents fixes, and provides constructive input in team discussions.
- Values team success over individual credit and contributes to a supportive environment.
- Accountable & Independent
- Owns their tasks fully, follows through on commitments, and raises flags early when needed.
- Works with autonomy and doesn't require micromanagement, even for repetitive or technical tasks.
- Trustworthy & Data-Responsible
- Respects the sensitivity and impact of the data they handle.
- Treats data integrity and compliance not just as rules - but as values.
- Low-Ego, High-Trust Team Player
- Shares knowledge, accepts feedback, and values team success over personal credit.
- Willing to teach others and document what they learn.
Basic Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience and data management skills
- Accounting experience a plus
- Understanding of financial statement structure a plus
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
