Summary: This role involves coordinating office activities, supporting staff and management, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Oversees and provides administrative support to the department.
  • Ensures that weekly or monthly information is distributed to the other Bachoco USA Departments, the various Service Vendors and Pullet Chick Vendors.
  • Assist in answering the department's phone calls.
  • Maintains or updates the department computer files in Excel, Word, BIM and BPA.
  • Enters product requisition information and coordinates ordering deliveries.
  • Support HR and finance tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding. Assist in the hiring process. Responsible for the onboarding process of new personnel and some other HR related activities
  • Assist in egg shipping process including export documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Coordinates procurement operational process. Coordinates ordering and delivering of all products and services among operation.
  • Facilitates all communication within the department.
  • Generates the following data and prints, sends and/or distributes to the appropriate personnel:
  • Ensures technicians and Breeder Clerk have turned in all the required paperwork.
  • Enters each technician's medication/vaccination inventory into the Monthly Inventory file and prints each technician's inventory for the following week.
  • Communicates third party vendors; with Orders medication, vaccine, office supplies, and lab supplies from vendors. Ensures receipt of supplies.
  • Responsible for SAP purchasing process for all operating supplies
  • Performs farm related paperwork including grower contracts.

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Operations: Understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve warehouse performance

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
