The Military in Sales and Leadership (MISL) Fellowship Program provides a structured pathway for military talent to integrate into our sales and technical organizations. This full-time Grade 8 role is crafted for MISL Fellows transitioning into long-term careers at Cisco.

Your Impact

As a Military in Sales and Leadership Fellow, you will step into a full-time role in Cisco's sales or technical sales organization, demonstrating your military experience to drive business success. Your responsibilities may include:
* Sales & Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their needs, propose solutions, and drive revenue growth.
* Account Management: Support account teams in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise and commercial customers.
* Technical Consultation: If in a pre-sales technical role, collaborate with Solutions Engineers and architects to design and position Cisco solutions.
* Business Development: Find opportunities, engage with partners, and contribute to pipeline growth.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and engineering teams to deliver value to customers.
* Leadership & Communication: Leverage military leadership experience to influence teams, manage projects, and get results.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Recent participation in the Military in Sales and Leadership (MISL) Fellowship Program
* Skillbridge or WCP commitment complete
* 3+ years of leadership experience in the military (E-4 to O-6)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Prior experience in sales, project management, or customer-facing roles
* Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technology, sales strategies, and customer interactions
* Business acumen with an interest in sales, technology, or customer solutions
* Exposure to networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or IT services
* Familiarity with Cisco products and services
