THE JOB:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the seamless operation of the department. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and functionality of the building and its systems, managing all associated trades, and directing the engineering staff to ensure that every project is properly scheduled, assigned, and executed to the highest standard.

THE STARTING RATE:
The annual compensation for this role is $90k

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Directly supervise all engineering activities and maintenance personnel including performance feedback, setting work priorities and goals, scheduling, hiring, training, promotions, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all local and federal health, safety, and building codes and maintain accurate record keeping of department activities and documents
• Leverage programs to maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures and oversee preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs/replacement of equipment
• Continuously monitor utility costs and consumption and maintain required logs for all utilities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2 years of minimum experience in Facilities, Residential or Commercial
