Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Varicent Technical Lead who will be catering to North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Varicent Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of Varicent solutions across our organization. This role is instrumental in enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities through expert-level configuration, analytics, and integration of Varicent systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that support our business and societal goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Varicent analytics solutions.
  • Develop and customize Varicent reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between Varicent and other enterprise systems.
  • Configure Varicent applications to align with specific business requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for Varicent initiatives.
  • Conduct system assessments to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on Varicent tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to align Varicent solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Varicent processes, configurations, and standards.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support asset and wealth management initiatives through domain-specific Varicent integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical roles, with a strong focus on Varicent technologies.
  • Proven expertise in Varicent analytics, reporting, data integration, and configuration.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management and IT Operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with asset and wealth management processes and systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
