Marketing Intern - Structures

We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Intern to provide a variety of support services for our Structures team. Marketing Interns should anticipate a strong focus on training and shadowing senior team members for the first 10-20 days with the team.

Key Job Duties:

Supports the Marketing Coordinator team to complete proposals against tight deadlines, including accurate, efficient assembly of appropriate materials and information.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Coordinator Team (Data entry, running and processing reports, updating process and procedure documentation, monitoring organizational tools, etc.).

• Gather information about Structures Group projects to support the creation of marketing collateral.

• Tracks the progress of assigned projects and tasks.

• Other related duties as assigned.

• Coursework toward a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, business or related field preferred
• Superior customer focus, with a drive for service excellence.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Adobe InDesign preferred.
