Overview Milliman's Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a Child Welfare Intern who will support research and analysis of child welfare and behavioral health issues at both state and national levels for our growing team. This paid, part-time position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development with a remote team of subject matter experts. The Team The Indianapolis Health Practice provides tailored support to clients on a range of behavioral health and child welfare initiatives. We assist states with behavioral health policy, programming, rate setting and finance needs, customizing our solutions to each client's unique context. Recognizing the interplay between multiple funding sources and authorities, we use a holistic and multifaceted approach to addressing the unique needs of diverse stakeholders. As behavioral health becomes increasingly critical, Milliman is committed to helping communities and states navigate their pressing behavioral health challenges across the continuum of care. Location This role is based out of the Milliman office in Indianapolis, IN but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.
