Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $30 per hour

What You'll Do

• Build and test product prototypes from engineering concepts
• Use CAD software or basic mechanical drawings to document designs and fixtures
• Support creative problem-solving for product and process development
• Execute engineering instructions for prototype builds and evaluations
• Help define product specifications and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to source materials and services
• Report project progress to engineering teams and support project milestones
• Act as a technical resource for other R&D staff

What You Bring to the Table

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience in a lab or R&D environment
• Electrical skills, especially related to lab testing, laser consoles, and fiber optics
• Experience with prototyping, medical devices, and laboratory test equipment
• Proficiency with LabVIEW is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
