Job Description In this role, you will lead the execution of customer journey campaigns across digital channels to support growth objectives. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign deployment, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. This includes orchestrating journeys, performing A/B tests, identifying and resolving operational issues, and contributing to the optimization of internal platforms. You will also help maintain internal documentation, including best practices, operational playbooks, and training resources, supporting the marketing team's overall effectiveness. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Background in marketing operations, performance marketing, or customer engagement Preferred experience in global, matrixed organizations or subscription-based businesses Additional Requirements Please include your resume and any relevant samples of marketing campaign work This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days/week on-site) The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $52.00 - $57.00 per hour This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
