Position Title: Breaking Labor Wage: $18.25/Hour Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday - Friday QPS Employment Group has partnered with a well-known egg processing facility near Britt, IA! We are hiring for a variety of positions from both entry level production, to higher skilled roles! These positions would be working in a food processing facility that is extremely clean, temperature controlled, safe and friendly! Breaking Labor Responsibilities: - Ensure egg quality and prevent contamination during the breaking process - Operate machines efficiently based on daily production needs - Follow USDA regulations and safety procedures - Monitor machine cleanliness, pressure, chemical levels, and flat fullness - Clean, dry, tag flats, and handle material stacking and hauling - Maintain GMP, Sanitation, and food safety standards - Communicate with supervisors and maintenance on safety and production concerns Requirements For Breaking Labor: - Standing in one spot for 8-10 hour days - Repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting - Repetitive lifting of 20-40# and on occasion 70# - Repetitive motions with shoulders and wrists - gripping, reaching, squeezing - Working for prolonged hours in 35-40 degree temperatures - Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history.
