As a Marketing Program Manager, you will lead and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple lines of business, revenue-generating products, brand-building programs, and market expansion initiatives. This role is critical in supporting new business initiatives and marketing programs that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand differentiation.

You will work closely with consumer marketing, commercial marketing, product marketing, base marketing, and marketing communications to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key focus areas include customer journey mapping, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy for new products and brand-building services, all supported by marketing communications to maximize engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage marketing strategies and launch plans for multiple lines of business, revenue-generating products, brand-building programs, and market expansion initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across all marketing channels.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications: Work in collaboration with marketing communications teams to develop and oversee messaging strategies that align with business objectives, supporting growth and engagement across products and brand services.
  • Innovation & Strategic Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, new programs, and innovative marketing opportunities to enhance brand reach and revenue potential.
  • Collaboration with Key Marketing Teams: Partner closely with consumer marketing, commercial marketing, product marketing, base marketing, and media planning teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and business priorities.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment on campaign development, creative execution, and media planning to optimize impact.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive positioning, using insights to shape marketing strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key marketing liaison across business units, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget & Performance Optimization: Work with internal teams and external partners to allocate budgets effectively, track performance, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present marketing performance reports, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership, providing insights into marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Experience in small business marketing, product launches, and marketing verticals such as communications or go-to-market strategy is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $69,323 - $105,074
