The Job

Responsible for leading a team of field agents within assigned markets and providing support as they help SCAN prospects and members identify health plan options to keep them healthy and independent. This is a full-time role comprised of key activities that include managing and supporting your assigned Sales Representatives with training, coaching, and mentoring on sales techniques and processes, supporting the assigned service area to achieve sales goals and objectives.

You Will

Manage sales team by implementing sales/marketing plan for assigned service area.

Oversee field agent activities daily. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Provides product support and coaches on sales strategy. Follow all state and regulatory guidelines by adhering to programs implemented by CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services).

Maintain adequate levels of production by measuring, tracking and reporting sales productivity in accordance with established goals. This includes following CMS approved scripts and department policy and procedures that foster compliance. Ensure targeted goals and production standards by providing positive enrollment opportunities for the sales team. Adhere to required Sales Market Quota goals each month throughout the year.

Support ride along assessment process for assigned service area and create corrective action plans as needed. Manage the designated work lists and scheduled customer calendar events in Agent Cubed system.

Ensure compliant sales procedures by training and coaching appropriately to adhere to all necessary guidelines and P&P's.

Respond and manage sales allegation process and CMS shopper complaints by immediately addressing any concerns

Maintain productive relationships with core providers and medical groups. Develop opportunities for tabling, in-services and group meetings that enhance enrollment within assigned service area

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Conduct effective 1 on 1 and team meetings regularly, while helping team develop business plans.

Your Qualifications

TX Health Insurance License required

Medicare Annual Certification required

Bachler's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

3-5 years of related experience.

2-3 years of leadership experience.

Certifications deemed to be reasonable to function at this level.

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.

Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
