What you will do:
We are seeking a dynamic professional with a unique blend of executive assistant expertise and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) operational leadership. This role is pivotal in supporting top EHS leadership while streamlining administrative processes and driving operational efficiency.
How you will do it:
Provide administrative services to support team initiatives, SOPs, document management, meetings, town halls, and other events and functions related to the goals and strategy of EHS.
- Oversee procurement of needed technologies and supplies, equipment, handle expense reporting, calendars, mail, and courier services, and maintain memberships, partnerships and sponsorships.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of existing processes, looking for areas of productivity improvement, applying problem-solving and creativity to proposed solutions.
- Integrate technology and AI, seeking the most efficient team operations.
- Ensure Reporting and Documentation align with internal and external standards.
- Manage the SharePoint sites and Microsoft Groups, ensuring proper organizing, labelling and searchability functions.
- Project manage monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables that come from the office of the EHS VP to Board of Directors, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners and key stakeholders, prioritizing open lines of communication.
- Facilitate team exercises such as training on EHS SOPs and processes.
- Assist EHS VP with annual performance reviews and calibration processes.
- Coordinate local and international travel for the VP and leadership team.
- Locate and organize team-building activities such as local events and volunteerism.
- Build relationships with EHS Regional and Sub-Regional leaders to identify first-hand where areas of opportunity exist to support our EHS team at the site levels.
What we look for:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six years suggested minimum experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
NOTE: This is a hybrid position considering candidates who reside within the United States. Central time zone preferred.
