What You'll Do: The Vendor Management (VM) Analyst - Contract Management role is accountable for overall vendor management (VM) and oversight of vendor partner contracts which includes but is not limited to compliance, change order management, contract expiry, escalations, disputes and resolutions, third-party risks, and governance of performance, financial and relationship management for assigned vendors/contracts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Lead and perform VM Contract Management activities for assigned vendors/contracts. Manage and oversee contract management processes, meetings and reporting cadences are followed. Provide consistent, proactive VM of vendor contracts to ensure VM is executed and measured to manage cost and performance of services, improve capabilities maturity, and optimize value. Create effective relationships with key vendors and contract stakeholders leaders to provide for monitoring of The OCC and vendor deliverables and obligations. Provide oversight and management to ensure all vendor contracts conform to The OCC and industry compliance, risk management, and other relevant sourcing, procurement, and contracting policies. Ensure vendor partner service offerings continue to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Develop and maintain positive strategic and operational relationships with vendors and are established and maintained through consistent VM, regular interaction and communication Ensure vendor partners meet or exceed their defined service agreements, obligations, and other key performance indicators and relationship objectives such that The OCC maximizes the value of its vendor contracts

3+ yrs relevant experience 3+ yrs technology procurement Technology Vendor Management experience Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills Experience negotiating and understanding software, hardware and technology professional services and contingent labor vendors Ability to extract vendor deliverables and obligations and provide a tracking report Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal, necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Vendor Governance tools such as Sirion, ERP tools such as Oracle Fusion, Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba or Coupa

- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.

Salary Range $74,600.00 - $95,800.00
Incentive Range 6% to 10%
