A Solutions Consultant serves as a key liaison between clients and Mitratech, providing expert guidance on technical solutions to meet business needs. This role involves understanding customer challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Solution Design: Develop customized solutions based on client requirements, leveraging company products and services.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase solutions.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Implementation Guidance: Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure smooth solution deployment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure alignment on solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities, features, and best use cases.
  • Market Insights: Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams to help shape future product enhancements.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, such as solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software solutions, cloud technologies, and industry-specific tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales cycles, customer engagement strategies, and negotiation.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software.
  • Background in consulting, business analysis, or customer success.
  • Location preference - Pacific and Mountain time zones
