About the Team

We are growing the critical care team here at Lakewood. In our Emergency Department, we care for about 800 patients per month. The multidisciplinary team caring for these patients includes MDs, APCs, RNs, and LPNs/EMTs. We collaboratively provide a high level of care to our patients and families. We appreciate the system support of growth and innovation in Emergency Department.

Position Summary

• Provide direct patient care and customer service to internal and external customers at Lakewood
• Multitask and prioritize patient care
• Maintain professional patient and system confidentiality
• Demonstrate critical thinking in stressful situations

Position Type

• This is an hourly part-time position.
• 11am-11pm every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nursing license
• BLS certification

Ideal Candidate

• ALS certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• ED experience preferred
• Works well with others
• Is able to prioritize multiple, competing tasks
• Thrives with variety in their day-to-day
