ITC Federal is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Solutions Architecture to lead and grow our pre-sales and technical solutions capabilities. This executive will oversee a team of high-performing Solutions Architects, guide technical solutioning for complex federal opportunities, and drive innovation in IT modernization efforts across various domains including cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, DevSecOps, and AI/ML-enabled solutions.

As a key member of the Growth leadership team, the VP of Solutions Architecture will report directly to the CGO and collaborate with Capture, Proposal, and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions that align with agency missions and ITC's long-term strategic goals.

Leadership & Strategy:

Lead and manage a team of Solutions Architects focused on pre-sales technical solutioning and proposal development.
• Build and execute strategic vision for ITC's solution architecture framework in alignment with federal technology trends and customer mission needs.
• Serve as a thought leader in technical architecture, IT modernization, and digital transformation for federal agencies.
• Mentor, coach, and develop technical talent to ensure readiness for both proposal work and thought leadership engagements.

Technical Solution Development:

• Direct the design and development of innovative, compliant, and customer-centric IT solutions for federal solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, BPAs).
• Ensure proposals reflect a thorough understanding of the client's mission, SOW/PWS requirements, and technical environment.
• Author or oversee the development of technical volumes and lead technical discussions with teaming partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery and program SMEs to tailor solutions to customer requirements and ITC's service offerings.

Innovation & Modernization:

• Champion the integration of emerging technologies such as automation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics into customer solutions.
• Shape and refine reusable solutions across service lines including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, fnancial systems support, application development, and customer experience.
• Drive solution maturity and delivery readiness by developing solution blueprints and playbooks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to align technical strategy with growth objectives.
• Support orals presentations and serve as a senior technical representative in customer engagements and industry events.
• Ensure the solutions team maintains a strong feedback loop with delivery teams to continuously refine approaches based on real-world implementation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree, strongly preferred
• 12+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a federal contracting environment.
• 5+ years of direct management experience leading pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
• Proven success as a Lead Solution Architect or Technical Volume Lead on large-scale federal IT proposals.
• Hands-on expertise in multiple technical domains such as cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, application modernization, and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML and/or advanced analytics technical environments.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write technical proposal content.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and government acquisition strategies.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage across multiple stakeholders and teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in IT operations and delivery, in addition to proposal solutioning.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in digital transformation, customer experience, and agile acquisition strategies.
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, CISSP, ITIL).
