HealthPartners Regions Behavioral Health Clinic in Woodbury is seeking a creative, energetic, and collaborative Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our innovative primary and specialty care teams. In this role, you will serve as the "content expert" for behavioral health, working closely with medical providers and patients to deliver timely assessments and brief outpatient behavioral health interventions. The BHC will be integral to our fast-paced model, prioritizing same-day/next-day brief appointments for referred patients. This position requires an individual who thrives in a team environment, embraces variety, and enjoys a new challenge each day. Key responsibilities include conducting brief mental health assessments and interventions, coordinating seamlessly with other professional services, and providing essential consultation and education on behavioral health issues and treatments to both healthcare providers and patients. Ideal candidates will possess strong experience with intake assessments and a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with other providers. This position offers the flexibility to support multiple primary care or specialty clinics across a regional model, delivered through both in-person and telehealth care. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM 1.0 FTE Required Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in a recognized behavioral health field. Experience: Two years of supervised clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. Licensure: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC).
