The Role

In this role, you will leverage engineering skills and operational insights to establish and advocate operational excellence and collaborate with diverse teams to improve the speed of delivery, resilience, scalability, and reliability of the Direct Platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve our CI/CD processes.
  • Provide on-call technical triage and troubleshooting.
  • Lead projects across multiple teams including DR, security compliance, and AWS resource management.
  • Drive automation and innovation for proactive monitoring and continuous operations improvement.
  • Collaborate with our overseas offices for projects, knowledge transfer, and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Linux and Windows.
  • Experience in Python or other scripting languages.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, alerting and deployment tools: Splunk, CloudWatch, New Relic, Harness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Base compensation rage - $98,467-$167,400

Total compensation range - $110,775-$188,325
