*Description*
* Support the Digital Strategy Leads (Director & Experience Planner) to plan, define, and manage project timelines to ensure proper movement through the campaign execution process. * Identify new ideas to create efficiencies in production workflow, campaign execution, and improvements to internal stakeholders * Support optimization of production flows for marketing, transactional, and ad-hoc campaigns and communications * Increase the effectiveness and create efficiencies in processes that drive digital innovation * Advocate for the advancement of cross-channel collaboration * Tactical Planning & Implementation * Comprehensive project management of marketing campaigns across digital marketing programs across channels: (web sites, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, mobile solutions, etc.) aligned to the brand's business goals * Support the Digital Strategy Leads (Director & Experience Planner) with driving business goals into measurable digital strategy * Collaborate with LEX to ensure compliance guidelines are followed and new initiatives are vetted through internal LEX stakeholders for all digital marketing programs/projects * Ensure communication to confirm go-live and approvals of marketing materials * Support the build of prioritization roadmap & gap-identification for digital initiatives * Maintain project plans and internal deliverable trackers, making sure all project/campaign elements are accurately represented and up to date * Support with report preparation on programs and campaigns *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
