Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities The Sponsor requires a systems engineer with experience in integrating business systems in support of telecommunications systems. The engineer must be able to analyze, document, and evaluate current business processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and stability. The processes include provisioning voice systems, billing for voice-related products, collection and processing of telephone detail records, and interfacing with other systems. The Systems Engineer must have knowledge and experience in multiple technical areas including both Linux and Windows server operating systems, Oracle and other database technology, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Shell Scripting. The Systems Engineer will be required to participate in the evaluation and selection of systems to replace the current systems as well as developing and overseeing a transition plan to the new system(s).
